again, i’m reminded of why i love ayurvedic medicine/chinese herbs & believe in nature cure

in the midst of all the studying/exam prepping, there are moments i really need spurred on (AKA a kick in the ass).

when i receive a snap chat or FaceTime from back home with all my nieces and nephews, siblings, or parents doing group art projects, or go-kart racing, having s’mores by the fire or just cuddling to watch a movie, i need reminded of why i’m stuydying 10+ hours a day, losing sleep, not making money, not participating in local marathons (and quite frankly losing my mind at times).

i find articles like this that are just what i need to come back to center and thank god for exactly where i am and keep going full throttle. chinese herbs, ayurvedic philosophy and nature cure keep me focused on the prize. i can’t wait to get into clinic and support patients in THEIR journey of health and being healed from the inside out. i love naturecure, the human body and the ability to scratch the surface of putting the pieces together for the greater good.

feeling nothing but blessed…. ! ❤

What is Salicylate Sensitivity/Intolerance?

What is Salicylate Sensitivity/Intolerance? is by far my favorite “stay at home” web site/blog out there. sarah is a ‘stay at home mom’– still pursuing her passion for science and utilizing her Ph.D she earned in medical biophysics.

if you’re suffering from any of the following: read about what salicylate is and how it’s effecting  us today.

  • Stomach pain, nausea and/or diarrhea
  • Asthma and other breathing difficulties, such as persistent cough
  • Headaches
  • Swelling of hands, feet, eyelids, face and/or lips (angioedema)
  • Changes in skin color
  • Fatigue
  • Sore, itchy, puffy or burning eyes
  • Nasal Congestion or sinusitis
  • Memory loss and poor concentration (linked to ADHD)
  • Ringing in the ears
  • Depression and anxiety

where should the autisism research funds be spent? why not on homeopathy studies for starters…let’s face it; this topic is not dying anytitme soon until the incidence cases/occurances start declining. #unite #cause #remedy #rootcause #naturecure #vaccinations

no need to panic– alternative (safe), products do exist.

so…… time. the thing that there’s just too little of… (well, that and of course love). ❤

although our time is limited and there are only so many hours in a day– you owe it to yourself, your family, and friends to examine ingredients. if you don’t know what they are, take a little extra time to find out– you’ll know for the next time, and the next time and the next time. we all buy repeat items; so do your homework or consult your ND.

as far as cost goes, yeah, you just might have to pay a premium dollar but guess what? the cost of chemo, radiation, or worse yet, an organ transplant, is far greater.
